The second-generation new type dripping molding machine independently developed by our factory is mainly used for processing sealing gaskets on plastic bottle caps to make the sealing structure meet reasonable standard requirements.

It adopts domestic and imported dry-type TPE plastic as raw materials. After high-temperature liquefaction, the material is compression-molded into inner gaskets inside the bottle caps. The finished gaskets feature air pressure resistance, fresh-keeping performance and flavor retention, making the machine suitable for cap processing of carbonated drinks, tea beverages, fruit juice beverages and other product series.

The machine is reasonably designed and integrated with functions including automatic cap sorting, cap feeding, molding, temperature control and frequency conversion speed regulation. It realizes fully automatic operation, greatly saving labor and time in production and significantly improving production efficiency.
