SD-32 Fully Automatic Crown Bottle Cap Molding Machine(PVC Dripping Machine)

The crown cap molding machine is redesigned and optimized by absorbing the advantages of similar products. It is specially used for pouring inner liners for general bottle caps.

Adopting polyvinyl chloride, paste resin and dioctyl phthalate as the main raw materials, the materials are proportioned and dispensed by dripping, then electrically heated and dried, and finally compression-molded mechanically. The finished products fully meet the standard requirements for sealing performance.

The compression-molded inner cap liners feature air pressure resistance, good elasticity, neat and attractive appearance, long-term airtight sealing and anti-deterioration during long storage. They also have the advantages of low cost, material saving and high working efficiency, and are suitable for tinplate crown caps used for beer, rice wine, soda drinks, soybean milk, tea beverages, fruit juices and oral liquids.
